At Remi Cachet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions; however, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please ensure the hygiene seal remains intact, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been removed from its ties or handled for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused hair extensions in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are undisturbed to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned hair, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
