How long do Remi Cachet hair extensions typically last?
With proper maintenance and using our recommended aftercare range, our Elegance range can last up to 12 months, while our Luxury range typically lasts between 6 to 9 months.
What is the difference between Elegance and Luxury hair ranges?
The Elegance range is sourced from the finest quality Russian-Mongolian hair, known for its longevity and thickness. The Luxury range is made from high-quality Chinese hair, offering a great balance of performance and value.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Can I return hair extensions if the color isn't a perfect match?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the gold hygiene seal has not been broken and the packaging remains intact. We recommend using our color ring for the most accurate matching.
